Spring has officially arrived in the Pacific Northwest—one of the most beautiful times of the year. Flowers begin to bloom, the grass turns vibrant green, and longer days bring a sense of renewal across the region. Along with the seasonal shift, the real estate market is also beginning to warm up.
Inventory across the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) is showing notable growth. The total number of properties for sale in February increased nearly 28% compared to the same time last year. Nearly all NWMLS counties experienced year-over-year inventory gains, with 19 of the 27 counties reporting double-digit increases. This rise in available homes is giving buyers more options as we head into the spring market.
